Application Guidelines

General Guidelines
• Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.
• Please ensure that all links provided are set to public and can be viewed.
• We will primarily be using Discord for communications, so a Discord account is compulsory
• Applicants may apply for more than one role. However, decisions will be made according to what we feel is best suited for the team.Artists
• Each applicant will be required to submit 3 samples
• Pieces do not need to be Persona 5 related, but it is encouraged.
• Please include at least one sample with a full background illustration.
• We will be looking for 20 artists.Merch Artists
• Each Applicant will be required to submit 3 samples.
• It is encouraged to show previous merch you’ve created within your portfolio.
• Merch artists would be expected to design a set of digital merch. (Example: a set of emotes or a set of wallpapers)
• We will be looking for 3 merch artists.Writers
• Each applicant will be required to submit 3 samples.
• 1k to 3k word count per sample. Please stay within 100 words of these parameters.
• At least one work must be Persona 5 related.
• At least one work must be a completed piece, the others may be excerpts of longer works.
• We will be looking for 10 writers.

What is a zine?
A zine is a compilation of creative works, usually artworks and writing. It’s similar to a book or a miniature magazine.What is this zine's theme?
The theme is soulmates. This can involve any soulmate AUs, such as red string of fate or soulmate tattoos and everything in between.What are the zine specs?
This will be a digital zine with digital merch.How will contributors be compensated?
All contributors will receive a free copy of both the digital zine and merch. In addition, profit will be divided up between the contributors.
Individuals under the age of 18 should have the approval of a guardian and can be paid through a guardian's PayPal.What character/ships will be featured?
All ships within the appropriate age range are welcome in this zine. Any ships between the Phantom Thieves and canonical adults (Sae, Takemi, etc.) will not be allowedWho is allowed to apply?
Anyone 13 or older is welcome to apply!Am I allowed to apply for more than one contributor position?
You are welcome to apply for more than one position, but you may only be accepted for one role.Will everyone who applies get an email regardless of their results?
